• Pick up duplicate forms

• Receive faxes
• Pick up forms or applications

• Use the Jobsearch computer to look for jobs Australia wide

Friendliness and efficiency is our main focus in dealing with our Centrelink customers. It is our concern to help each customer and make them feel comfortable and at ease.

As an agent we do not have access to personal customer files, we merely pass business on to the Centrelink regional office in Albany . We are not able to give any information about the details of payments or decisions that Centrelink would make about any matter, These kind of enquiries need to be discussed with Centrelink directly, either by phone through our call centre connection or at a Centrelink office.
