Telecentre Training

The Denmark Telecentre is well equipped for computer and internet training. Training courses have been available at the telecentre since 1995. We have a particular focus on providing training for youth, seniors and people on low incomes. We have run a number of programs for youth including training in digital video, computer assembly and maintenance and website design.

First and Second Click

We have been involved for several years in delivering training under the First/Second Click program administered by the Western Australian Department of Education and Training. The First Click computer literacy program provides free training for rural residents to learn computer and internet basics. The Second Click classes are for those students who have completed a First Click course or who have had previous computer/internet training.

Second Click 2008

The Telecentre will soon commence another round of advanced training for computer users, through the Second Click program in April 2008. There will be three classes per week.
