Video Conferencing

Video Conferencing allows individuals, small or large groups, businesses and organisations to meet face-to-face with others, regardless of distance and without leaving their local area.

Video Conferencing enables two way vision and voice communication in real time, at a fraction of the cost of physically moving people or groups to attend meetings, conferences or even to simply exchange information.

Video Conferencing between two sites is classed as a ‘point to point' videoconference but it is possible to have a number of sites connected simultaneously in a ‘multi-point' videoconference.

How much does it cost?

Video Conferencing at DenmarkTelecentre will cost $88 (GST Inc) per hour (plus call costs if applicable). This includes the connection charges, booking fee, setting up fee, technical assistance for the first 15 minutes and room hire.
